Charlie D'Amico founded 20/20 Impact to fulfill a passion for creating opportunities for leaders to thrive in exciting and challenging career environments. Her deep, practical experience both in leadership development and in corporate consulting uniquely position her to understand the complexities and opportunities facing executives today, as well as understand the importance of return on investment of your most precious resource - your time.
Her previous work includes 16 years at PwC, the world's largest professional services firm. Charlie was part of a team dedicated to designing and delivering best-in-class leadership development programs, where she gained expertise in program design and management, coaching, and onboarding. Charlie also spent over a decade in tax consulting at PwC, where she gained first-hand experience in project management, sales, client service, stakeholder management, and leading teams. Like you, she's been on the corporate battlefield, and brings that perspective to her coaching and programmatic work.
Charlie is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a member of the Association for Talent Development. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Emory University's Gouizeta Business School focused on executive coaching, and an Adjunct Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership. Charlie attended University of Florida, where she obtained Master of Accounting and B.S. in Accounting degrees. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, especially discovering new food and beaches with her husband and two children.
